Easy to order and set up. I installed the eSim before leaving Australia. It automatically connects to the local network as soon as I turned my phone on in Malaysia and Thailand. Fast and strong connection signals. Went to remote areas of Thailand- no network connection issue at all. Very happy.
With most purchases its all about the customer service, used this supplier twice and both times had an issue (my fault) and both times help chat line was able to assist and be patient with me and have me up and running. Highly recommended for this reason.

The esim works really well in China, it feels like you haven't left Australia. You would still need a physical sim card if you want to order from Chinese apps though.
