Important Notes
- SIM will not work on Modem/Mifi/Pocket Wifi devices

- Check network coverage in your intended travel areas; Coverage issues are outside our control and we do not offer refunds
- Data speed in general may be “slow”, we cannot offer assistance or refunds for slow speeds with this local SIM product. By purchasing the SIM, you acknowledge this risk.
Troubleshooting Guide
SIM not working? Don’t stress! Follow this guide to get you up and running
- Disable VPN and any secondary SIM/eSIM lines (for dual SIM phones)
- Turn phone off, remove the SIM, insert the SIM back and turn phone on
- Confirm mobile data is sourced from our SIM (i.e. the correct SIM profile is selected)
- Wait up to 10 minutes for activation to occur
- Set APN and network operator as automatic, adjust only if not working
6.1 APN: “internet” | Username: [blank] | Password: [blank] (Android: select manually)
6.2 Turn off automatic network selection and manually choose from the list below
- Restart your phone and/or turn on and off airplane mode

Fantastic service, quick delivery of SIM card and instructions clear. Had no problems on my recent trip to Vietnam. Would highly recommend!
Unfortunately bad experience data worked straight away but the free minutes did not. Had to buy extra minutes and still no text
Sim worked as described, did not even need activation which was great.
Awesome prices & brilliant customer service
worked as promised and would likely use again. website could’ve been updated earlier to have purchased it for the appropriate calendar year and I’d missed sales promo because of it.

This 2 stars rating is not about TravelKon and I know TravelKon does not like any rating under 5 but it’s about the Vietnamobile service it is selling. Service activation is easy. Speed is manageable mostly at H+, occasionally running at 4G at some major centres around HCM and Hanoi. The reason for a 2 stars is how Vietnamobile spams my phone every hour of the day. Jesus! It pops a message on my phone (common brand latest model) even when the screen is off and it forces the screen to stay on until you click one of the two options. If you can tolerate pop-up spams else avoid it.
