    Important Notes

    • Do not activate the card yourself as it may interfere with the activation process, if data isn’t working contact us via live chat.
    • T-Mobile may de-prioritise your data speed if data usage is over 50 GB per month.
    • Check network coverage in your intended travel areas (poor coverage in Alaska); Coverage issues are outside our control and we do not offer refunds

    Troubleshooting Guide

    SIM not working? Don’t stress! Follow this guide to get you up and running.

    1. Disable VPN and any secondary SIM/eSIM lines (for dual SIM phones)
    2. Turn phone off, remove the SIM, insert the SIM back and turn phone on
    3. Confirm mobile data is sourced from our SIM (i.e. the correct SIM profile is selected)
    4. Turn data roaming on (Android: select all network)
    5. Wait up to 10 minutes for activation to occur
    6. APN: Fast.t-mobile.com | Username: [blank] | Password: [blank] (Android: select manually)
    7. Set the network operator to automatic. For Canada and Mexico, select manually, refer to the list below
    8. Restart your phone and/or turn on and off airplane mode
    9. Still not working? Chat with us live, we’re here to help!

      I had never heard of TravelKon before, but a friend recommended it to me and I’m so grateful she did. We just returned from a trip in the states and the service was easy to set up as we didn’t need to do anything apart from switching the cards in our phones. Service and coverage were great! We had coverage everywhere we went and the package we selected provided ample data for the entirety of the trip. I’ll be using TravelKon on my next trip!
