Troubleshooting Guide
SIM not working? Don’t stress! Follow this guide to get you up and running
- Disable VPN and any secondary SIM/eSIM lines (for dual SIM phones)
- Turn phone off, remove the SIM, insert the SIM back and turn phone on
- Confirm mobile data is sourced from our SIM (i.e. the correct SIM profile is selected)
- Turn data roaming on (Android: select all network)
- Wait up to 10 minutes for activation to occur
- Set APN and network operator as automatic, adjust only if not working
6.1 APN: “mobile” | Username: [blank] | Password: [blank] (Android: select manually)
6.2 Turn off automatic network selection and manually choose from the list below
- Restart your phone and/or turn on and off airplane mode

Sim card stopped working after 4 days
Hi Nathan, if the SIM card is not working you need to contact us to resolve, it could be a simple reset or network operator change, we have contacted you via email to see if we can help but we did not receive a reply. In this case we could not help you if you do not cooperate with us, we have live chat options through whatsapp and facebook messenger with very responsive team.

Working well, once I restarted my phone.
It worked perfectly for our trip last month. It was easy to use. We just inserted the card on our spare phone to act as a pocket wifi and turned it on at our destination. It worked like a charm.
Did not work for me in Phu Quoc Vietnam when it was working in Saigon. Had to play around and change the carrier from whatever it defaulted to to Viettel and data came through again. Convenient to buy before you travel though much cheaper and quite quick options at Saigon airport even before customs.
Easy to purchase. Fast delivery. However, we had connectivity issues in Cambodia – we got 4G for about 10 minutes, then it reverted to 3G with no internet access. To resolve, we had to turn our phones ot flight move, then purchase dinner from street ventors using a user-pays ATM.
