- Connect to Wi-Fi and disable airplane mode before scanning the eSIM
- Confirm mobile data is sourced from our eSIM (i.e. the correct eSIM profile is selected)
- Turn data roaming on (Android: select all network)
- Wait up to 10 minutes for activation to occur
- APN: mobile | Username: [blank] Password: [blank] (Android: select manually)
- Turn off automatic network selection and manually choose from the list below.
- Restart your phone and/or turn on and off airplane mode

Lots of difficulty setting it up with 3 eSIM / mobile. Took a lot of fluffing around to get it working. Connection in Bali was the best too at different times
Worked great! Was just as cheap as a month SIM in Indonesia without the hassle of getting one on arrival. I was only there for 14 days so the 10Gb SIM was perfect and worked great.
Service quickly connected, but was very unreliable in Indonesia. Cut out frequently and couldn’t hold internet calls, where a local provider sim had no issues. Okay if you just want maps/browsing.

Perfect. Received the QR Code quickly after purchase and installed ESim before I left Australia. Activated as soon as I touched down and it connected immdeiately. Coverage was good throughout the trip and speed were much faster than friends who were using their Australian SIMs on roaming packages. Much easier than buying a local SIM, no need to wait in a queue, registering passport and phone IMEI details with the Government, just enable the service and it worked. The Grab app had trouble with Geolocation on the first day (meaning I had to manually set my pickup location) but by the second day this was working, although I’m not entirely sure that was to do with the data connection.
It is an effective SIM and good value, but this can be hard to use. You need to manually set the available network as automatic selection don’t work.
Could not make calls should have bothered with this. Difficult to set up and nothing was in English.

We clearly state this is a data-only eSIM. We have also stated the operator is CHT (Taiwanese) but this should not have affected anything, the data is working as expected and we have been very transparent about the product.

Easy to install, good price (I’ve compared maybe about 5-6 other travel simcard and eSim providers, and this offers the best price and GB credit), good service and quick response as well, no issue with connection during my stay in Indonesia.
