Did not work half the time

We are sorry to hear the eSIM is “not working” as expected. We noted that you have used 7.2GB out of 10GB so it seems like you were able to used most of the data. Please clarify what issue are you having?
Please note that if the eSIM is not working as expected we ask customers to please contact us as it could well be the settings and we can also do a SIM reset. If you never contacted us we would not be able to help.

20gb worked seamlessly, 10gb would drop out but turning airplane mode off/on would fix it.
Email with the link was not sent for days after the order – so I had to call the day before my trip to ask for the link and then activate the e-sim. Coverage is OK, few drop outs in Bali.
Hello our eSIM are instantly sent out, if you do not receive it, maybe it is due to it being sent into your junk mail. If you contact us like you did we would have sent it right away.

Connection was quick and reliable, I did have to manually select my provider in Hong Kong as it didn’t connect automatically but all the instructions were available from TravelKon. Good Service … for the most part. I was using this eSIM for Vietnam, Cambodia, and Malaysia. In Cambodia (after 2 days of usage in the country) it stopped working completely. Deactivating and reactivating eSIM or rebooting phone did not help. Since I was about to leave the country I didn‘t bother and just let it go. For the rest of the trip I was happy with service

This is my second time using a travelkon eSIM and once again it was such an easier process! Last year when I used them, I had to make contact about some technical issues (me not understanding how to use an eSIM) and they responded very quickly despite the time difference.

Connected immediately as soon as we landed in SE Asia. The connected network providers had amazing coverage and speed throughout Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand. Would highly recommend getting this as it’s so easy to use once you scan the QR code. If you aren’t getting any service, turn off ‘Auto Join to Network’ on your mobile and choose your provider listed on the TravelKon website. Would absolutely purchase again the next time I go overseas as it saves the hassle of physically using multiple sims and I’m still able to use my home county’s sim if needed.
eSIM was purchased covering 8 countries in SEA. Currently in Singapore and happy with the eSIM as it is working very well. No problem encountered with activation nor with local data network. Will be travelling to other countries and hope it will work just as well.
