eSIM not working? Don’t stress! Follow this guide to get you up and running.
- Disable VPN and any secondary SIM/eSIM lines (for dual SIM phones)
- Connect to Wi-Fi and disable airplane mode before scanning the eSIM
- Confirm mobile data is sourced from our eSIM (i.e. the correct eSIM profile is selected)
- Turn data roaming on (Android: select all network)
- Wait up to 10 minutes for activation to occur
- APN: mobile | Username: [blank] Password: [blank] (Android: select manually)
- Turn off automatic network selection and manually choose from the list below.
- Restart your phone and/or turn on and off airplane mode

Easy to order and set up. I installed the eSim before leaving Australia. It automatically connects to the local network as soon as I turned my phone on in Malaysia and Thailand. Fast and strong connection signals. Went to remote areas of Thailand- no network connection issue at all. Very happy.
With most purchases its all about the customer service, used this supplier twice and both times had an issue (my fault) and both times help chat line was able to assist and be patient with me and have me up and running. Highly recommended for this reason.
No Hiccup and easy installation for a gaptech millenial person
First time user for TravelKon eSim with recommendation from family members. Can't believe how easy it is to set up and use while I was on travel. For a low tech person liked me, the set up was easy and I was able to use the data as soon as I landed at the airport of the destination! Very price competitive and highly recommended for travellers!

eSim worked perfectly in Bali. I activated it from the QR code before I left Australia. When took my phone of flight mode it automatically connected to the network. Worked perfectly the whole time we were in Bali switching between 4G and 5G.
