    Troubleshooting Guide

    eSIM not working? Don’t stress! Follow this guide to get you up and running.

    1. Disable VPN and any secondary SIM/eSIM lines (for dual SIM phones)
    2. Connect to Wi-Fi and disable airplane mode before scanning the eSIM
    3. Confirm mobile data is sourced from our eSIM (i.e. the correct eSIM profile is selected)
    4. Turn data roaming on (Android: select all network)
    5. Wait up to 10 minutes for activation to occur
    6. APN: cmhk | Username: [blank]  Password: [blank] (Android: select manually)
    7. Turn off automatic network selection and manually choose from the list below.
    8. Restart your phone and/or turn on and off airplane mode
    9. Still not working? Chat with us live, we’re here to help!

      It was a bit difficult to set up for me but I think it’s just me. However customer service was great. They’re really helpful. I bought the 10gb when I traveled to Korea for 10 days. Was on insta and using maps the whole time and I just made it on the last day.I used all the data. If you are really social, I recommend to upgrade. There was one time where server was down. But most of the times, it was all good.

      Went to Korea for a month, got the 30GB esim. Honestly didn’t need that much as Korea has free wifi literally everywhere. The esim is easy to install and make sure you have the roam on, would recommend activating day before or day of travel. Will defs be using again.

        Customer was sent the eSIM, did not read the guide (not turning on data roaming or connect to the supported network i.e. SKT) and claimed the eSIM not working.

        After contacting us 4-5 days later, the eSIM worked but customer wanted a refund because he bought a new SIM at the airport.

        Very unreasonable and PayPal sided with us because the eSIM worked 🙂

        Please understand that setting up eSIM/SIM can be very technical, since we troubleshoot everyday we know exactly what we are looking for.

      So easy to set up and worked perfectly. Not sure if I read the instruction properly, but once eSim is activated, make sure you turn on the roaming for the eSim as well.
