I picked this up for myself and the in-laws and happily used the 20GB data plan in beautiful Queenstown, New Zealand. In-laws were very happy to simply scan a QR code to get internet via the eSIM. Thank you!

    2. Daniela (verified owner)

Excellent customer service. Staff were quick and willing to help – something that is quite rare these days. Thank you.

Fantastic customer service and support in activating the eSim. Coverage was great and reliable connection across the North island.

Routed via Poland. Slow. Not much more to say.

Order #2, hence same review as the Order #1.

We only travelled in Queenstown and to the ski slopes around Queenstown. Coverage was not good at the ski slopes, which is understandable. However it was also very patchy in the Queenstown town area. There were delays receiving messages via Whatsapp.

Customer service was good though. I had to order another eSIM for a friend and the QR code didn’t come through overnight. I was able to get into contact with someone via Whatsapp and got a quick response. QR code was sent within minutes of contacting customer service.

Coverage is really good. Only thing is it kept defaulting all my website’s language to polish, mate had same sim and same issue. Not really a big stress though.
