    Important Notes

    Troubleshooting Guide

    eSIM not working? Don’t stress! Follow this guide to get you up and running.

    1. Disable VPN and any secondary SIM/eSIM lines (for dual SIM phones)
    2. Connect to Wi-Fi and disable airplane mode before scanning the eSIM.
    3. Confirm mobile data is sourced from our eSIM (i.e. the correct eSIM profile is selected)
    4. Turn data roaming on (Android: select all network)
    5. Wait up to 10 minutes for activation to occur
    6. APN: 3gnet | Username: [blank] | Password: [blank] (Android: select manually)
    7. Network operator should be set as automatic, if not working try selecting each available network manually
    8. Restart your phone and/or turn on and off airplane mode

      It was quick and easy.
      If only they offered 5g Services.
      Parts of the trip it struggled with net speeds.
      lastly: wish the Data had bigger limits.
      With information and net. 10gb or 20gb is not sufficient

      Happy with the service occasionally a service provider would dominate the connection yet did not allow a 4g data connection. Manually switching network seemed to correct it

      Great price, Easy to use and no reception issues! Why would you pay money to your normal telco to go on a roaming pack when these are cheaper, more value, and give you so much more data. Don’t get tricked by the roaming add-ons the telco offers because these eSIMS are so easy to use and plug in and work straight away. I will keep on coming back to use these.

      eSIM arrived pretty much instantly, there were notes/instructions/reminders with what you need to look out for with the eSIM, and support was quick to respond (and with detailed information) when I had questions on how to setup the eSIM. But most importantly, it works as advertised and I didn’t have any issues with with. One happy (returning) customer, and will be back again when I need it for my next overseas trip 🙂

      Activation of the eSIM has been difficult. It would not been possible without the help of a kind and patience couple travelling together. She was able to get help online using her own data.
      However hotspot with my wife keep dropping off and currently unable to connect at all.
      Overall it was a frustrating experience.

However the pdf guide provided in the email was insufficient, had to refer to the troubleshooting guide on travelkon’s website to diagnose the issue which was selecting the correct Network Operator manually instead of automatically.
