Important Notes

• SIM activation will occur on the activation date specified between 9 AM and 5 PM New York time (GMT-5). We recommend entering your activation date one day earlier for smooth activation.

• Do not activate the card yourself as it may interfere with the activation process, if data isn’t working contact us via live chat.
• You must check device compatibility; no refunds will be provided for devices incompatible with the AT&T network.

Troubleshooting Guide

SIM not working? Don’t stress! Follow this guide to get you up and running.

1. Disable VPN and any secondary SIM/eSIM lines (for dual SIM phones)
2. Turn phone off, remove the SIM, insert the SIM back and turn phone on
3. Confirm mobile data is sourced from our SIM (i.e. the correct SIM profile is selected)
4. Turn data roaming on (Android: select all network)
5. Wait up to 10 minutes for activation to occur
6. APN: NXTGENPHONE | Username: [blank] | Password: [blank] (Android: select manually)
7. Set the network operator to automatic. For Canada and Mexico, select manually, refer to the list below
8. Restart your phone and/or turn on and off airplane mode
