- Disable VPN and any secondary SIM/eSIM lines (for dual SIM phones)
- Connect to Wi-Fi and disable airplane mode before scanning the eSIM
- Confirm mobile data is sourced from our eSIM (i.e. the correct eSIM profile is selected)
- Turn data roaming on (Android: select all network)
- Wait up to 10 minutes for activation to occur
- APN: cmhk or 3gnet or mobile.three.com.hk | Username: [blank] Password: [blank] (Android: select manually)
- Turn off automatic network selection and manually choose from the list below.
- Restart your phone and/or turn on and off airplane mode

I love it. So easy, and it’s been working really great.

Highly recommended. E Sim, better to set up before leaving home. If U set-up after arriving o/s wi-fi is necessary. Personally had a serious problem with initial e sim, and tech support was very good via WhatsApp but can only be done when U have wi-fi. In my situation was very annoying as I was on the road and between wi-fi constantly and couldn’t be in contact with support. Took days to sort out, and full credit, support was working over Xmas. Would definitely use again but would organise myself for setup better.

The 4g dropped out quite often in Bali.

Your UK version I used worked immediately and without issue, the Asian one I had to end up adding the esim a second time… The first time it was added it didn’t activate, and my phone ended up using my default sim card for 20 mins or so… Which cost me $120 in roaming charges

Was stressful as needed internet or wifi to set up first which sometimes is difficult to do especially when you are in the airport. Also internet didn’t come until 10 mins later and my other one we had to change the settings a

Our guides and the product page clearly outlined you have to wait 10 minutes for the eSIM to activate and that wifi connection is required. This is a non-issue and we can see the data is working perfectly.

Hello we have clearly outlined the eSIM require wifi connection to install and that you need to wait up to 10 minutes on the product page and the email. You could have set this up back home and not do it last minute at the airport. The data usage can be checked at Travelkon.com.au/datausage

Good product, technical support was very useful as the SIM worked initially then I had problems and needed help with settings. Walked over to a free wifi (Starbucks) and got it sorted within 10 minutes. Purchased a 30GB for 30 days which was overkill as I’d only used 8GB and could’ve saved plenty with a smaller pack. Will recommend to any fellow travellers.
