- Disable VPN and any secondary SIM/eSIM lines (for dual SIM phones)
- Connect to Wi-Fi and disable airplane mode before scanning the eSIM
- Confirm mobile data is sourced from our eSIM (i.e. the correct eSIM profile is selected)
- Turn data roaming on (Android: select all network)
- Wait up to 10 minutes for activation to occur
- APN: ctm-mobile | Username: [blank] Password: [blank] (Android: select manually)
- Turn off automatic network selection and manually choose from the list below.
- Restart your phone and/or turn on and off airplane mode

Very satisfied with our e-sims purchases from travelkon. It was super easy to set up! Overall great experience! Highly recommended.
I bought a 30 day 10 gb esim for $44 after my physical sim ran out. I had problems connecting the esim and had a chat with customer service who was very helpful. Unfortunately, I was able to stay connected for the day only and as I was on a cruise, was only supposed to be connected when we are in Port. However, when we got to HongKong, I was unable to connect, same result in Singapore and Malaysia and I had no public wifi to chat with customer service for assistance. So very disappointed with the esim although the physical sim was great.
Hello we are sorry to hear your experience. Unfortunately if you did not contact us we cannot help. However we have travelkon/guides to follow. We sold thousands of these eSIM without any issue, next time please contact us when you have wifi so we csn troubleshoot your issue.
On my last travel night in Singapore on 22 Oct’23 around 9pm, I lost the Internet connection from travelkon but luckily I am already at Changi Airport and is able to use airport WiFi. This is the only drawback. I don’t know why.
Says will work with China but not a bar in Taiwan , Even the government of Taiwan states It’s China https://www.taiwan.gov.tw/ please update your short description to advise users Taiwan is not support.
Hi Chenyang, the product description clearly state that Taiwan is excluded. We ask customer to please check the product description.
Macau and HK is part of China but for the SIM card purposes they have their own network provider and currency so you can’t just assumed China includes everything which is why we listed them separately aswell.
Very unfair to give us one star when it’s clearly user’s error and mistake. The eSIM works perfectly fine if you read properly.
It just works and internet speed is fantastic. Must better than using roaming data which often have limited bandwidth.
Used on iphone while travelling to Japan (Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka) and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Instructions provided were clear and easy to follow. Connected immediately to network arriving at Tokyo and KL airports. I bought a new iphone in KL and contacted support to switch esim profiles. They responded immediately and sorted it out. So convenient if travelling to multiple countries and worry free when their support is so efficient on whatsapp.
