Troubleshooting Guide

SIM not working? Don’t stress! Follow this guide to get you up and running.

Disable VPN and any secondary SIM/eSIM lines (for dual SIM phones)
Turn phone off, remove the SIM, insert the SIM back and turn phone on
Confirm mobile data is sourced from our SIM (i.e. the correct SIM profile is selected)
Turn data roaming on (Android: select all network)
Wait up to 10 minutes for activation to occur
Set APN and network operator as automatic, adjust only if not working
6.1 APN: mobile.three.com.hk | Username: [blank] | Password: [blank] (Android: select manually)
6.2 Turn off automatic network selection and manually choose from the list below.
Restart your phone and/or turn on and off airplane mode

Fast shipping, best value for our Japan Korea trip!

As a confirmed luddite I was dubious but, insert the SIM in Japan, turn the data on and off a couple of times (on both our phones, we bought two) we didn't have a lick of trouble. Put them on flight mode leaving Japan, turned off flight mode in Thailand and away we go. Extremely easy

Excellent. I was able to use in Japan and South Korea easily without any issues. I bought it on sale and it delivered fast to me before my trip. It was great to land and have data right away. APN setup took a few minutes for a beginner including restarts, but very easy to do. I'd be in South Korea and it's use the Hong Kong service, and Japan used the Taiwan service (don't worry about the different names, the data is the same). I would buy this again travelling across all Asian countries because of how easy it is to use.

I ordered this thinking it'd give me a number too, but that's my mistake, but for 30 days, the data was sufficient
