Hong Kong or BNO passport holders are not eligible to register for this product
Check network coverage in your intended travel areas; Coverage issues are outside our control and we do not offer refunds.
There is no coverage in Pattani, Narathiwat, and Yala region in Thailand

eSIM not working? Don’t stress! Follow this guide to get you up and running.

Disable VPN and any secondary SIM/eSIM lines (for dual SIM phones)
Connect to Wi-Fi and disable airplane mode before scanning the eSIM
Confirm mobile data is sourced from our eSIM (i.e. the correct eSIM profile is selected)
Turn data roaming on (Android: select all network)
Wait up to 10 minutes for activation to occur
APN: cmhk | Username: [blank] Password: [blank] (Android: select manually)
Turn off automatic network selection and manually choose from the list below.
Restart your phone and/or turn on and off airplane mode

Asia 5G eSim 10 Countries is great

It is great to have Asia eSim 10 Countries while we are travelling in Asia.

Worked perfect

I have used Asia explorer twice now and have not had any issue both times. used in my trips in South Korea, Japan and Taiwan with manly 5G networks for the most part and 4G in rural in Japan.

Perfect eSIM from TravelKon

While in Asia (Japan at the time), we ran out of data with our other eSIM plan we had and it was cheaper in the end to purchase this 30gb, Asia 5G eSIM from TravelKon compared to sticking with our original eSIM provider for less data. We did have slower connections issues with this other provider as well, which disappeared once we got the TravelKon eSIM.

Their customer service is also great connecting through WhatsApp and this is before you even have a eSIM from them, with very quick response times.

Would highly recommend anyone to look into TravelKon for their travel eSIM needs. They are competitive on pricing and very quick to install. Never had any issues while using them throughout Asia.
