- Redemption Voucher has a 90 days expiry from date of purchase

- Passport activation required – adult passport only, the staff at Changi Recommends will assist with the registration
- Coverage on M1 network
- Compatible with unlocked mobile device
- SIM will not work on Modem/Mifi/Pocket Wifi device

Important Notes
- You will not receive the SIM Card in Australia (Singapore Changi airport pick up – see below)
- You will need to exchange the redemption voucher at Changi Recommend booth at Changi Airport arrival hall (T1, T2, T3 or T4) for the SIM Card
- No refunds will be provided once the redemption voucher is sent
- Check network coverage in your intended travel areas; Coverage issues are outside our control and we do not offer refunds
